In Hoboken, New Jersey, the parents of five-year-old Zoe Garatziotis are suing for negligence after her arm was caught in an elevator door at a luxury condo. The incident left Zoe with a severe gash on her wrist that required 20 stitches and resulted in a large scar. Following the accident, Zoe needed monthly hospital visits for wound care.
