Carolina Panthers running back Chuba Hubbard has been placed on injured reserve due to a calf and knee injury, ending his season. Hubbard, who rushed for 1,195 yards and 10 rushing touchdowns this season, will miss the final two games against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Atlanta Falcons. The Panthers' backfield workload is expected to be shared between Raheem Blackshear and Mike Boone in Hubbard's absence. Hubbard led the Panthers with 1,366 scrimmage yards and accounted for 71% of the team's rushing yards, which was the second highest in the NFL.
