Palantir and BP Extend 5-Year Partnership, Introduce AIP AI Capabilities

Palantir Technologies Inc. and BP have agreed to extend their strategic relationship for another five years, introducing new AI capabilities to BP's operations. The deal will see the implementation of Palantir’s AI platform, AIP, across BP, one of Palantir’s earliest commercial clients. Former BP CEO Bob Dudley has discussed how Palantir transformed their operations, while Palantir CEO Alex Karp highlighted the impact of their software on industries like oil and gas. This deal follows multi-year extensions with other clients.
