OSCE and PACE Recognize Russian Actions as Genocide, Call for Decolonization

The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly has adopted a resolution recognizing Russia's actions as genocide against the Ukrainian people. The resolution also emphasizes the need for the decolonization of the Russian Federation as a necessary prerequisite for establishing lasting peace. Ukrainian delegate Pavlo Frolov highlighted the importance of this document in addressing Russia's decade-long armed aggression against Ukraine.
