These lawsuits allege that OpenAI used their copyrighted materials without permission to train the algorithms behind ChatGPT and other AI systems. In response, OpenAI has released draft guidelines on the responsible behavior of AI technology in ChatGPT and is exploring options to generate explicit content responsibly in age-appropriate contexts.
