Reports indicate that at least 31 elderly individuals, with an average age of 85, have been robbed or attacked, with some incidents occurring at gunpoint and victims being robbed of their groceries. The perpetrators are described as young black men. Incidents have occurred multiple times a day, with victims often being assaulted outside assisted living facilities.
