Nvidia has joined a significant investment round, contributing to a $1.05 billion funding for UK startup Wayve, which aims to advance its autonomous-driving technology. This funding round, also led by SoftBank, marks the biggest raise ever for a UK-based AI company and ranks among the top 20 biggest AI fundraises globally. Wayve plans to use this investment to expand its Tesla-like technology for self-driving cars to multiple carmakers.
