New South Wales (NSW) has leveled the State of Origin series with a decisive 38-18 victory over Queensland in Game 2 on June 26 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). The match, attended by 90,084 fans, saw NSW dominate from the start, with Liam Martin opening the scoring off a Mitchell Moses pass. Latrell Mitchell, returning to the team, also scored a try, while Zac Lomax added two more tries. Queensland managed to get on the board with a try from Nanai, but it was not enough to overcome NSW's commanding lead. Dylan Edwards scored in his Origin debut, further solidifying the Blues' win. The series will now head to a decider next month.
