VisitNotre Dame Flips Four-Star QB Blake Hebert from Clemson for 2025 Class on Monday
Oct 14, 2024, 10:04 PM
Notre Dame has successfully flipped four-star quarterback Blake Hebert from Clemson, securing a key commitment for their 2025 class. Hebert, who had been committed to Clemson since June 2023, is ranked as ESPN's No. 6 dual-threat quarterback in the 2025 cycle. This move comes less than two weeks after Notre Dame lost their previous 2025 quarterback commit, Deuce Knight, to Auburn. Hebert, a 6-foot-3 passer from Connecticut, fills a crucial void for the Irish, who acted quickly to secure his commitment. Despite missing his junior season, Hebert is seen as a promising talent who will need time to develop. The commitment was secured on Monday, and Hebert is a longtime Clemson pledge originally from Brunswick. Clemson's head coach, Dabo Swinney, acknowledged the flip during his radio show.
