North Korea is reportedly supplying weapons and troops to assist Russia in its invasion of Ukraine. This development marks an escalation in the alliance between Russia and regimes such as North Korea, Iran, and China. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has highlighted the increasing involvement of North Korean personnel in the conflict. Western leaders have expressed concern over this 'Unholy Alliance' and stressed the need to support Ukraine against this coalition of authoritarian regimes. Despite Russian propaganda efforts, Ukraine has managed to occupy around 1000 square kilometers of Russian territory for over two months. Russia is also using missiles from Iran and drones from China.
