VisitNIA Raids Former JD(U) MLC Manorama Devi's Residence Over Naxal Arms Supply

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is conducting searches at five locations in Bihar, including the residence of former JD(U) MLC Manorama Devi in Gaya's AP Colony, in connection with unlawful activities by Naxal members. The case, initially registered on August 7, 2023, involves alleged supply of arms to Naxals. The searches are also taking place in Aurangabad district and are part of a probe against the banned Naxal outfit CPI(Maoist). A large police presence is on-site as the NIA team carries out the searches on Thursday.
