VisitNew Zealand's Arvida Group Agrees to $746 Million Takeover by Stonepeak, Aided by Goldman Sachs

New Zealand's Arvida Group has agreed to a $746 million takeover by investment firm Stonepeak. The deal values the aged care provider at NZ$1.24 billion ($745.74 million) excluding debt. Stonepeak will acquire Arvida Group for $1.03 (NZ$1.70) per share in a transaction worth $1.25 billion (NZ$2 billion). Goldman Sachs is aiding Stonepeak in this acquisition.
