Netlist Wins $445 Million US Verdict in Patent Case Against Micron

Netlist has secured a $445 million US verdict in its patent infringement lawsuit against Micron Technology. A Texas federal jury found that Micron willfully infringed on two of Netlist's computer memory patents related to improving memory modules. The damages awarded include $425 million for one patent and $20 million for the other. The case was represented by the law firms McKool Smith and Irell & Manella.
