In a speech to the Knesset, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu confirmed that Israel's October airstrikes on Iran targeted and destroyed a specific component of Tehran's nuclear program at the Parchin facility, which was involved in research on nuclear warheads. Netanyahu also revealed that the attack took out all four of Iran's Russian-supplied S-300 missile defense systems, significantly degrading Iran's defense capabilities. Despite the damage inflicted, Netanyahu acknowledged that Iran's path to developing a nuclear weapon has not been completely blocked.
