Incessant rainfall in Nepal has triggered severe floods and landslides, resulting in the deaths of at least 66 people and leaving 69 others missing. The relentless downpours have caused widespread devastation across the country, including in the capital, Kathmandu. The floods and landslides have disrupted transport, with both domestic and international flights being canceled. Rescue teams are actively searching for the missing individuals. The situation has been described by government officials as 'beyond imagination.' The Armed Police Force reported that 34 people died in the Kathmandu Valley, 19 in different districts of Bagmati Province, and 7 in Koshi Province. Additionally, 226 homes have been submerged and 36 people have been injured.
