VisitNEON's 'Anora' Wins Fifth Consecutive Palme d'Or at Cannes 2024

The 77th Cannes Film Festival concluded with Sean Baker's 'Anora' winning the prestigious Palme d'Or. This marks the fifth consecutive Palme d'Or win for the production company NEON, following their previous successes with 'Parasite,' 'Titane,' 'Triangle of Sadness,' and 'Anatomy of a Fall.' The Grand Prix was awarded to 'All We Imagine As Light,' while 'Emilia Perez' received the Jury Prize. Anasuya Sengupta made history by becoming the first Indian to win the Best Actress Award for her role in 'The Shameless.' Jesse Plemons took home the Best Actor award. The festival also featured standout moments from celebrities like Demi Moore, Bella Hadid, and Greta Gerwig, who served as the jury president.
