Nairobi Authorities Recover 10 Bodies in Mukuru Slums and Pipeline Area, Prompting Protests and Suspicions of Police Involvement

Authorities in Nairobi have recovered multiple bodies from various locations in the Mukuru slums and the Pipeline area, sparking significant public outcry and protests. A total of ten bodies were found, including six female victims who were killed in a similar manner and stuffed in paper bags. Some of the bodies were mutilated. The bodies were discovered near a police station, leading to suspicions of police involvement. The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has directed a thorough investigation to be completed within 21 days.
