The third-party legal investigation found no evidence of sexual misconduct, grooming, or child pornography. However, the investigation did uncover instances of workplace harassment and inappropriate conduct, including 'frat boy locker room behavior.' As a result, MrBeast is hiring a new CEO and has terminated 5-10 employees. The investigation, led by lawyer Alex Spiro, concluded that the allegations of grooming and knowingly hiring predators were without merit. The company announced these findings on Friday.
