The lawsuit, filed in Las Vegas, alleges chronic mistreatment, sexual harassment, failure to pay minimum wages and overtime, and failure to provide meal and rest breaks. Contestants claim they were subjected to unsafe working conditions, emotional distress, unfair business practices, and false advertising.
