Salah, who has been with Liverpool since 2017, emphasized that there has been no progress in contract negotiations over the last six months, stating that the club is 'far away from any progress.' Despite the uncertainty, Salah remains focused on having an 'unbelievable season,' having already scored 17 goals and provided 13 assists in 18 Premier League games, and 20 goals with 17 assists in 26 games across all competitions. He is motivated by the possibility of celebrating a Premier League title with the fans, something they were unable to do during the 2019/20 season due to the Covid-19 restrictions.
