VisitMilwaukee Radio Station Makes Two Edits to Biden Interview at Campaign's Request
Jul 11, 2024, 07:51 PM
A Milwaukee radio station, Civic Media, has admitted to making two edits to an interview with President Joe Biden at the request of his campaign. The edits were made to remove parts of the interview that were deemed unfavorable to Biden. This decision has been criticized for falling short of journalistic standards. The Biden campaign also provided questions for the interview in advance. One of the edited portions included Biden's claim that he has more Blacks in his administration than any other president. The interview was conducted by host Earl Ingram. The station has stated that the full, unedited interview will be made available online.
