Mexico to Transport Migrants to US Border Amid Policy-Induced Camps

The Mexican government has announced a plan to transport migrants from its southern border to the United States border. This initiative is aimed at those migrants who have scheduled appointments through the U.S. Customs and Border Protection's CBP One application to seek asylum. The U.S. border policy has led to the creation of large migrant camps in Mexico City, located hundreds of miles away from the U.S. border.
