VisitMexico Sends Firefighters to Battle Los Angeles Wildfires, 11 Dead, 10,000 Structures Destroyed

Mexico has dispatched a team of firefighters and experts to assist in combating wildfires in Los Angeles County, California. The team, which includes members from the National Forestry Commission, the civil relief corps, and the Mexican Army, has already arrived in Southern California to join over 10,000 personnel on the ground. The initiative was announced by Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum, who expressed gratitude to the team for their efforts in containing the flames. The wildfires have resulted in significant damage, with at least 11 fatalities reported and 10,000 structures destroyed across 145 square kilometers of land. California Governor Gavin Newsom has expressed deep appreciation for Mexico's support in battling the fires.
