Last month, Zuckerberg and his advisers met at Mar-a-Lago with key figures including Senator Marco Rubio, Stephen Miller, Nikki Haley, and Tony Blair before having a private dinner with Trump. During the visit, Zuckerberg provided a private demonstration of Meta's Ray-Ban smart glasses to Trump and gifted a pair to the president-elect. The donation and meetings suggest an effort by Meta to strengthen its relationship with the incoming administration.
