Medvedev: Ukraine Must Choose Between Russian Alliance or Erasure

Dmitry Medvedev, the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, has issued a stark warning to Ukraine, stating that the country faces a critical choice: to align with Russia or risk being completely erased from the world map. This ultimatum was conveyed in an article for the magazine 'International Life' following his trip to China. Medvedev emphasized that for Ukraine to preserve itself, its authorities must cease opposition to everything Russian, abandon the notion of political 'Ukrainism,' and embrace the 'all-Russian project.' He also mentioned that Russia is open to resuming the negotiation process with Ukraine, provided that Kiev acknowledges current realities and considers the proposals made by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
