Mark Vientos hit his first career postseason home run, a two-run shot, to put the New York Mets ahead 2-0 against the Philadelphia Phillies in the NLDS. The early homer came off Cris Sanchez in the third inning. This brings Vientos' total to five RBIs in five career playoff games. Bryson Stott also made a notable defensive play, saving a run with a leaping grab. The Mets lead 2-0.
