Marilyn Manson Won't Face Charges in LA for Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence Allegations
Jan 24, 2025, 09:08 PM
Marilyn Manson will not face criminal charges in Los Angeles County following a four-year investigation into allegations of sexual assault and domestic violence, authorities announced. Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman said his office declined to file charges against the musician, whose real name is Brian Warner, citing insufficient evidence and the statute of limitations. The investigation centered on incidents allegedly occurring between 2009 and 2011 in West Hollywood. Manson's attorney expressed satisfaction with the decision, asserting his innocence. More than a dozen women had accused Manson of sexual assault and abuse, including actress Esmé Bianco, who expressed deep disappointment in the outcome.
