Trump was convicted on all 34 counts of falsification of business records. Bragg emphasized that the prosecution followed the facts and the law 'without fear or favor.' He stated, 'I did my job. We did our job. Many voices out there — the only voice that matters is the voice of the jury. And the jury has spoken.' Bragg thanked the jury for their service and noted that the trial was conducted in the same manner as any other case, despite Trump being a unique defendant in American history. He also mentioned that this type of white-collar prosecution is core to the Manhattan District Attorney’s office.
