VisitLil Durk Faces New Charges in Superseding Indictment for Murder-for-Hire Case

Lil Durk, the Grammy Award-winning Chicago rapper, has been transported from Broward County Jail to federal custody in California. He faces new charges in a murder-for-hire case, including one count of conspiracy, one count of use of interstate facilities to commit murder-for-hire resulting in death, and one count of using, carrying, and discharging firearms and a machine gun. The charges are related to a plot to kill a rival near the Beverly Center shopping mall in Los Angeles in August 2022. The superseding indictment adds two felony charges against Lil Durk, who was previously charged via criminal complaint. He has been officially indicted on a murder-for-hire charge in connection with the revenge killing of Quando Rondo's cousin, Lul Pab, and is facing life in prison.
