Layne Riggs Wins UNOH200 for Team FRM, Second Consecutive NASCAR Truck Series Victory

Layne Riggs secured his second consecutive win in the NASCAR Truck Series by triumphing at Bristol Motor Speedway. Driving the No. 38 Ford F-150 for Team FRM, Riggs led a race-high 80 laps and finished first in the UNOH200 race. This victory marks Riggs' second win in the 2024 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Playoffs, despite not being a playoff contender. Riggs, who previously won at Milwaukee, took the lead on Lap 122 and played the role of a playoff spoiler. The top five finishers in the race were Heim, Caruth, Eckes, and Sanchez. Riggs has now achieved four straight top-five finishes, all on short tracks, and has an average finish of 3.00 over the last four races. This is the first time Team FRM has won consecutive races. Riggs described his vehicle as the 'best truck' he has ever had.
