VisitLamar Jackson Named AP First-Team All-Pro QB Over Josh Allen; Ravens Lead With Four Selections
Jan 10, 2025, 05:05 PM
The Associated Press has announced its 2024 NFL All-Pro Team, with Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson named first-team All-Pro over Buffalo Bills' Josh Allen and Cincinnati Bengals' Joe Burrow. Jackson received 30 first-place votes compared to Allen's 18 and Burrow's 2, marking his third first-team All-Pro selection. This places Jackson as a frontrunner for his third NFL MVP award, as All-Pro voters are the same as MVP voters and the first-team All-Pro quarterback has historically won the MVP since 2013. The Ravens led all teams with four first-team All-Pro selections, including Jackson, fullback Patrick Ricard, linebacker Roquan Smith, and cornerback Marlon Humphrey. Ja'Marr Chase and Justin Jefferson were unanimous All-Pro selections at wide receiver, each receiving all 50 first-place votes. Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett earned his fourth first-team All-Pro honor.
