Kendrick Lamar's latest single, 'Not Like Us,' released on May 4, has achieved significant milestones on Spotify and the Billboard Hot 100. The track has broken the all-time record for the biggest streaming day for a hip-hop song on global Spotify, reaching 12.809 million streams, surpassing the previous record held by Drake and Lil Baby's 'Girls Want Girls' with 12.385 million streams. Additionally, 'Not Like Us' has set a new record for the most streams in a week for a song by a rapper, amassing 81.2 million streams and dethroning Drake's 'In My Feelings.' The song has also debuted at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, marking Kendrick Lamar's fourth number one hit. Furthermore, 'Not Like Us' has achieved the biggest US streaming week for a hip-hop song since 2020, with 70.9 million streams, surpassing 'Way 2 Sexy' by Drake feat. Future & Young Thug.
