The plan includes the creation of 100,000 urgent dental appointments for children, which will be funded by clamping down on non-doms. Additionally, the plan proposes supervised toothbrushing for children aged 3-5 and incentives for dentists to work in underserved areas, referred to as 'dental deserts.'
