Vice President Kamala Harris has raised an unprecedented amount of funds for her presidential campaign through the ActBlue platform. Within the first five hours of her campaign launch, small-dollar donors contributed over $27.5 million. This momentum continued, with total contributions reaching $46.7 million by 9 PM ET. By the end of the day, the total amount raised had surged to $60 million, marking the biggest fundraising day of the 2024 election cycle. ActBlue highlighted that this level of grassroots support is significant, with many contributions coming from donors giving less than $200 each. The campaign raised about $50 million in the first 9 hours, making it the biggest ActBlue day since 2020.
