Justin Timberlake has pleaded guilty to impaired driving in New York, resolving the criminal case stemming from his June arrest in the Hamptons. The singer appeared in Sag Harbor Village Court on Friday and agreed to a plea deal, pleading guilty to a lesser charge of driving while ability impaired (DWAI), a non-criminal offense. As part of the agreement, Timberlake will pay a $500 fine, a $260 surcharge, and perform 25 hours of community service. Additionally, he will make a public safety announcement. The DWI charge against him was dropped.
