Oct 22, 2024, 06:15 PM
A federal judge has ordered Rudy Giuliani to turn over control of his Manhattan penthouse apartment and various luxury items to Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, whom he defamed. The ruling includes Giuliani's NYC condo, a 1980 Mercedes-Benz SL500, over two dozen watches, jewelry, cars, sports memorabilia, TVs, and furniture. Additionally, Giuliani is required to pay $146 million in defamation damages, which includes $2 million in legal fees owed by Donald Trump and the Republican National Committee (RNC). The assets will be put into receivership to satisfy the judgment. Giuliani, a former attorney and New York mayor, faces massive civil judgments.
