The auctions, set to begin on November 13, will include Infowars trademarks, copyrights, and other assets. U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Christopher Lopez will oversee and approve the auctions. This decision follows a Houston bankruptcy court ruling that greenlit the liquidation process, with preliminary actions starting in October.
