JPMorgan Chase has launched an in-house chatbot powered by generative artificial intelligence, designed to function as a research analyst. This AI tool, which is a proprietary version of OpenAI's ChatGPT, is being rolled out to assist employees in the asset and wealth management division. The chatbot aids in writing, idea generation, and providing information, solutions, and advice on various topics. According to an internal memo, many employees are being given access to this tool, which aims to enhance productivity and streamline research processes.
