Jordanian Police Uncover and Detonate Explosives in Amman Apartment and Warehouse

Jordanian police have uncovered and detonated explosives stored in a residential apartment and a commercial warehouse in the capital, Amman. The initial discovery was made on June 22 in a residential area, where the explosives were safely detonated after the area was evacuated. On June 24, security forces found additional explosives in a warehouse in the Abu Alanda industrial area. The Jordanian Public Security Directorate is investigating the incidents, with initial reports suggesting the involvement of an Iranian-affiliated cell. Authorities have not confirmed whether the explosives are linked to terrorism. Security forces are also searching the areas of South Marka, Al-Quwaismah, and Hattin.
