Jon Jones Reaches Agreement to Dismiss Assault and Interference Charges

UFC champion Jon Jones has reached an agreement to have two misdemeanor charges, assault and interference with communication, dismissed. The charges stem from an incident with a drug-testing agent in March. The charges will be dropped if Jones completes four hours of anger management classes and obeys all laws for 90 days. This agreement is part of a plea adjudication diversion agreement. Jones expressed his eagerness to return at UFC 309 following the resolution of his legal matters.
