Jharkhand ATS Arrests Seven AQIS Suspects in Major Raid

The Jharkhand Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) has arrested seven suspected operatives of the al-Qaeda in the Indian Subcontinent (AQIS) following raids at 14 locations across the state. The operation, which involved the detention of 14 suspects in total, is linked to an al-Qaeda module led by Dr. Ishtiyaq, a doctor based in Jharkhand. The arrests have resulted in the recovery of arms and ammunition. Interrogations are currently underway, and further arrests are anticipated.
