Jeff Zucker’s RedBird IMI Completes $1.45B (£1.15B) Acquisition of All3Media from Warner Bros. Discovery

Jeff Zucker’s RedBird IMI has completed its acquisition of All3Media from Warner Bros. Discovery and Liberty Global for $1.45 billion. This transaction marks RedBird IMI’s largest completed deal to date at £1.15 billion. All3Media is known for producing popular shows such as 'The Traitors,' 'Call The Midwife,' 'Gogglebox,' and 'Homes Under the Hammer.' Jeff Zucker will become the chairman of the newly acquired company.
