Amazon Executive Chair Jeff Bezos has sold an additional $1.25 billion worth of common shares in multiple transactions dated November 6th-7th. This sale is part of his Rule 10b5-1 trading plan. The transactions involved the sale of 5,992,724 shares at an average price of $207.80 per share. With this latest sale, Bezos has sold over $12 billion worth of Amazon stock in 2024.
