Detroit Lions running back Jahmyr Gibbs opened the scoring against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday Night Football with a 25-yard touchdown run, capping a nine-play, 78-yard drive that gave the Lions a 7-0 lead with 1:43 remaining in the first quarter. This touchdown marked Gibbs' 17th of the season, tying the Lions' single-season record held by Jamaal Williams (2022) and Barry Sanders (1991).
