Israel has seized the headquarters of the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian refugees (UNRWA) in occupied East Jerusalem, aiming to convert it into a settlement outpost, according to reports by the Jerusalem Post. The Egyptian Foreign Ministry has condemned Israel's decision to seize the land on which the UNRWA headquarters is located and warned of Israel's repeated attempts to stop UNRWA activities supporting Palestinian refugees. Similarly, the Saudi Foreign Ministry has expressed condemnation and denunciation in the strongest terms of the Israeli authorities' decision to confiscate the land and turn it into a settlement outpost.
