Baghaei expressed surprise over what he described as 'extensive media fabrication by Western outlets.' The denial comes after The New York Times reported that a meeting took place between Musk and Iran's UN envoy earlier this week, citing two Iranian officials. State media IRNA quoted him on Saturday denying the alleged meeting.
