Iran Blames Israel for Assassination of Hamas Leader in Tehran, Vows Retaliation

Khamenei emphasized that Israel will bear a heavy price for this act, which he described as a criminal and terrorist action by the Zionist entity. The assassination has heightened tensions in the region, with Iran promising harsh punishment for what it considers an attack on its sovereignty. Khamenei also referred to Haniyeh as a martyr and issued a message of condolence.
