Iran-backed militia in Iraq has claimed responsibility for launching a drone targeting northern Israel. The Israeli Air Force intercepted and shot down the drone overnight before it entered Israeli airspace. The Iran-backed Islamic Resistance in Iraq confirmed their involvement in the launch. Additionally, Hezbollah announced that its air defense units shot down an Israeli Hermes-450 drone with a surface-to-air missile.
