Inter Miami Names Javier Mascherano Head Coach Until 2027, Reuniting with Messi

Inter Miami CF has officially appointed Javier Mascherano, known as 'El Jefecito', as its new head coach on a contract running until 2027. The former Argentina and FC Barcelona midfielder replaces Gerardo 'Tata' Martino, who resigned last week due to personal reasons. Mascherano, who previously coached Argentina's U20 national team, will reunite with former teammates Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, Sergio Busquets, and Jordi Alba at the Major League Soccer club, nicknamed 'Las Garzas'.
