Intel is in the process of receiving its second High NA EUV tool from ASML, valued at 350 million euros ($383 million). CEO Pat Gelsinger stated that the tool, which is designed for advanced chip production, operates by hitting droplets of tin heated to approximately 396,032 degrees Fahrenheit with a laser to create 13.5nm light wavelengths. This technology is crucial for enabling new generations of more advanced chips. The delivery is taking place in Oregon.
